    I made this but replaced chicken thighs with breasts to make it less fatty! Also sweet potatoes are perfect food for leaning out! I will try this and share it on Sharood before my gym buddies hit the gym 😀

    I tried this recipe and even forgot the bacon because I'm an idiot, but it was still EXTREMELY good. I would suggest cooking everything for about 5 or even up to 10 minutes longer for things to finish up nicely. The chicken and most of the veggies were cooked after 30 minutes though. The potatoes were only slightly raw in the very centers, so that could just mean they should be chopped up into smaller pieces. Everything was better caramelized and cooked through after the 10 minutes extra for me (would depend on the strength of your oven I'm sure)!

    Healthy and delicious recipe, also quick and easy to make.. what more could you ask for?! Great vid 🙂
